How do I verify my account?

To complete the verification process, please upload a COLOURED (we do not accept black and white copies) photo copy of one document from each of the categories listed below (you have to send us at least one identification document and one address verification document):
 
Personal Identification - One PHOTO ID from the following:
- Passport
- Driving Licence, front and back copies (photographic)
- National Identification Card, front and back copies (photographic)
- CitizenCard, (www.citizencard.com) front and back copies (www.citizencard.com)
 
Address Verification - One of the following:
- Utility Bill (less than 6 months old)
- Tax Bill (less than 6 months old)
- Bank Statement (less than 6 months old)
- Landline Bill (less than 6 months old, has to include your address)
 
  
The documents must be clear and legible, showing all FOUR corners of the FULL page of the document and have all your usernames or account ID on all documents. If this is not the case processing time may be longer.

Please upload scans in JPEG file formats only.
 
Please upload documents that state your residential address. Regrettably, documents addressed to a PO Box number are unacceptable for validation.
