I have a replacement card

If your old bank card has been replaced by a new one, you will need to use the new card details to deposit funds. When it comes to withdrawing however, you will need to close the loop on the old card before this will remove itself from the account.

If you withdraw to the old card, your bank will automatically transfer the funds to the bank account associated with both cards and your funds will reach you in the same time frame.

Once you have withdrawn as much back to the old card as you deposited, it will automatically remove itself from the account and you will then be able to solely use the new one.

However, should your card be lost or stolen we would require a copy of a valid letter from your bank, stating that the card in question has been lost or stolen, providing the number of this card in the process and our relevant department will then be able to remove this for you.
