Don't you hate it when your computer just won't do what you want it to do?
The vast majority of problems are caused by a browser cache issue. As you browse the internet, your browser will download elements of sites you visit into a folder on your computer known as the 'cache'. This ensures that the page will load more quickly the next time you visit it.
Sometimes, an overloaded cache can slow down or affect the ability of your browser to function normally. This usually manifests itself into problems like links that do nothing when you click on them, your name not showing when you log in or irregular betslip performance.
The first thing you can try is holding down the CTRL button on your keyboard and pressing the F5 key. This should refresh the entire page and can sometimes resolve a lot of problems you might be having.
If this doesn't work, you will need to clear your cache. You first need to identify what browser and browser version you are using.
We recommend that your use Google Chrome to get optimized performance out of our website. To clear the cache with Chrome, click on the wrench in the top right hand corner and then click 'Clear Browsing Data'.
