Failed Card deposits

The following list are common issues that can arise when depositing with your bank card:

3D secure code:
Please contact your bank as they have an additional security step in place called 3D secure. You will need to set up a password with your bank to process the deposit.

Refused by bank:
Please contact your bank as there is an issue with the payment going through from their side. This can be due to a technical issue, lack of available funds or for security reasons.

Process not finished:
You have initiated a deposit but not followed through with it. Deposits use a pop-up page to complete the transaction so you may need to turn your pop-up blocker off.

False ID information:
Your registered details do not match those of the card being used to deposit. Please contact our Support team for further information.

Process has been blocked by 
Please contact our Support team for further information.

First Deposit Method:
When effecting a first deposit via a particular method always use a pc or laptop.
